Students across Alaska have the chance to win tickets to the Broadway musical “Hamilton” when it plays in Anchorage this fall.
The BroadwayBoundAK competition, sponsored by the Alaska Center for Performing Arts in partnership with the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History and the musical, is an opportunity to connect youth with Broadway, the performing arts center said in a May 16 release.
To participate, students in grades seven through 12 must submit a “Hamilton”-inspired two-minute video or two-page composition showcasing original work.
