Terra recently completed phase one of the $1 billion Upland Park transit-oriented community that’s underway at West Miami-Dade County’s Dolphin Park-and-Ride Transit Terminal Facility. This phase delivered 578 apartments, with leasing and tenant move-ins now underway. Work is set to begin later
