Keller Williams Realty appointed five new executives to its leadership team, effective immediately. The additions are part of the franchise’s ongoing expansion efforts, which include KW Commercial.
“Our growth strategy starts with a simple question: How do we create more opportunity for entrepreneurs to thrive? We have tremendous opportunity, and delivering on it requires leaders who know how to turn vision into execution,” CEO and President Chris Czarnecki said in a press release.
John Clidy now serves as head of divisions, focusing on strategy, performance, franchise growth, leadership and operational excellence. He first joined Keller Williams over a decade ago and has since served as an operating principal, regional director, divisional leader and vice president of growth.
Chartered Financial Analyst Sean Hostert, appointed head of commercial operations and strategy, brings 15 years of finance, investing and commercial real estate expertise to his new role. Most recently, he served as head of investments for Trio Investment Group.
Andy and Lesley Peters were named co-heads of United States Growth & Attraction. The pair have a combined 20 years of real estate experience and have coached and trained over 2,200 agents in Keller Williams franchises in Georgia and the Carolinas.
Gabby Maddox Davis, meanwhile, now serves as head of digital & social for growth & attraction in addition to her existing role as operating principal of Keller Williams Realty West ATL. In her new role, she’ll focus on agent growth, attraction and recognition and marketing strategy.
“Great leadership drives growth, and the fastest way to accelerate this is to put proven leaders closest to the opportunity,” said Czarnecki. “John, Sean, Andy, Lesley and Gabby are builders and operators with a track record of turning opportunity into results. Now, we’re putting that experience to work at greater scale to help KW-affiliated entrepreneurs and franchisees build bigger, more productive and more profitable businesses.”
