Kolter Urban and BH Group have begun development of the ultra-luxury Olana Naples Residences after obtaining a $197 million construction loan.
Each unit will encompass 10,000 square feet and have 80 feet of uninterrupted beachfront views, as well as outdoor living spaces and in-home wellness amenities. They will also come with climate-controlled wine rooms, soundproofed theaters, wet bars, club rooms and game lounges.
The development will also feature direct beachfront access, concierge services and resort-style amenities that will offer “the privacy, space and personalized lifestyle of a single-family estate with the convenience of luxury condominium living,” according to an announcement.
Olana was designed by Randall Stofft Architects and SB Architects, with interiors by Champalimaud. Affiliates of Apollo Global Management and BDT & MSD Partners provided the financing.
The beachfront community will have 12 estate-style residences starting at $32 million per home. Via Olana Naples Residences.
