Douglas Elliman Development Marketing will handle sales and marketing for Greenview at Presidential, which backers are billing as the first new luxury single-family estate community to open in the Aventura area in over 25 years.
Developed by Lennar and BH Group, Greenview offers 103 homes in a 100–acre, gated community at 19200 NE 14th Court. Prices start at $2.6 million. Closings began in December 2025.
Two home collections are available, the Estate Collection and the Presidential Collection. Floorplans range from 4,324 to 5,828 square feet with four to six bedrooms. Homes have quartz countertops, Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove appliances, and back yards with private pools and spas.
Some homes include Lennar’s Next Gen suite, which includes a separate living area with its own entrance, living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette, for multigenerational families or those with remote workers.
Community amenities include a lakefront clubhouse, fitness and wellness center, resort-style pool, cabanas, lounging decks and a tot lot. There are also 26 acres of private walking and biking paths, outdoor recreation areas and a 24-hour manned guardhouse.
