JP Piccinini is now a part of The Real Brokerage, joining the company as a growth leader. Piccinini is the founder of JP & Associates, REALTORS, or JPAR.
The Texas-based agent has 20 years of residential real experience. Under his leadership, JPAR grew to a 4,000-agent operation across 22 states with an annual sales volume of over $5 billion.
“I’ve spent my entire real estate career helping agents grow,” Piccinini said in a press release. “I’ve always believed success is about more than production. It’s about building a business that creates freedom, stability and long-term wealth. Real shares that philosophy. It gives agents the tools, collaboration and opportunities to grow their income in multiple ways, and I’m excited to help them unlock that potential.”
In his new role with Real, Piccinini will host in-person events in Texas, including monthly roundtables. He’ll also work alongside Chief Growth Officer Jason Cassity, providing support for agents, teams and leaders.
