Guillermo Freixas joins SERHANT.

Miami-based agent Guillermo Freixas has left Compass and joined SERHANT. to launch his own team.

Freixas has closed more than $140 million in sales since 2019, including $23 million in the past 12 months. At Compass, he was with the Riley Smith Group, which RealTrends ranked as a Top 5 Team in Miami-Dade.

Freixas specializes in Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Pinecrest and Miami Beach and is the creator of My Block, a documentary-style online real estate show that focuses on neighborhood storytelling and culture.

Freixas is joined by his brother, Jose Daniel “J.D.” Freixas, an award-winning film and television producer who will oversee operations, branding, media strategy and business development for the new team.

“At a time when so many real estate brands are consolidating and beginning to look and feel the same, SERHANT. stands apart through its unique combination of media, marketing and technology,” Freixas said. “By pairing our deep roots and local expertise in Miami with the power of SERHANT.’s brand and platforms like S.MPLE, we’re positioned to amplify our voice, elevate our brand and deliver an even greater experience for our clients in Miami.”

“Guillermo has built an authentic brand, a loyal following and an impressive business rooted in Coconut Grove and the broader Miami market,” SERHANT. Founder and CEO Ryan Serhant said. “My Block was ahead of its time, and we’re excited to help him grow his team.”
