SERHANT. has expanded into the Centennial State with the launch of SERHANT. Colorado.
The expansion adds 11 founding agents to the company, as well as nine agents who have collectively closed $1 billion in sales, marking the largest single-market entry by volume for the firm to date. The move follows this year’s launches in Texas and California.
“Denver is one of the most exciting markets in the country right now, and the agents joining us are already some of its best,” Founder and CEO Ryan Serhant said. “What we give them is a different kind of leverage: AI tools through S.MPLE that take over the work that used to eat their day, and a media engine that puts their listings in front of millions. SERHANT. Colorado is based in Denver and led by Managing Director Rebecca Ferguson. A 12-year veteran of the industry, Ferguson most recently served as managing broker for Kentwood Real Estate’s Cherry Creek, Colorado, office. Before that, she held leadership roles as a sales coach with Coldwell Banker Global Luxury and as managing broker with Realty Executives.

* Clare Day and Tom Day, co-leads of The Clare Day Collective;
* 8z Real Estate Founder Brett Reasoner, who is now founding The Cornerstone Group at SERHANT.
The agents joining SERHANT. Colorado include Jaime Long, Ana Alfaro, Laura Hudgins and Alex Jefferson from Cummings & Black; Amy Martinez from Valor Real Estate; and Gregory Strompolos, Amy Fabian, Lisa Reyna and Kelsey Schwenck from The Source Group.
The Colorado launch precedes Sell It ’26: Move Forward, the annual flagship event by Sell It, the sales education platform founded by Ryan Serhant. The companywide conference will take place on Sept. 24 and 25 at the Seawell Ballroom in Denver.
