Related Group and BH Group broke ground on the Icon Beach Waterfront Residences in Hollywood. The condo tower spans 38 stories and offers 350 homes with access to a 32-slip private marina and beach club.
Other amenities include a health club, pool deck, outdoor cinema, summer kitchens and a reservable event space overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.
The development recently secured a $360 million construction loan from Tyko Capital.

Developers expect construction to be completed in 2028.
