Real launches Young Professionals division

The Real Brokerage launched Real Young Professionals, a young professionals division offering exclusive education, networking, referral and leadership opportunities for real estate agents.

Shaylie Fraser, co-founder of Real’s Coastline Real Estate Group in San Diego, serves as the division’s director, while Jana Pierce, co-founder of the Qamar Group in Chicagoland, serves as assistant director.

“Your circle has a tremendous impact on your success. Having been part of a young professionals organization before, I saw the value it created, but I also saw opportunities to do things differently,” Fraser said in a press release. “We’re excited to build Real YP from the ground up and create a community where ambitious professionals can surround themselves with people who challenge them, support them and inspire them to think bigger, while reflecting the entrepreneurial, innovative and forward-thinking culture we see throughout Real.”

After beginning with 95 founding members, Real YP is up to 110 members located across 31 states. Founding membership will be capped at 250 people.

Membership perks include free or discounted admission to events, access to Zoom masterminds classes, access to the Real YP referral network and internal leadership opportunities.

“People want to know where they can go and who they can turn to as they build their careers,” Pierce added. “A strong community can help people make connections, share ideas and learn from one another. It can also play an important role in attracting and retaining professionals by giving them a place where they feel connected and supported.”

Real YP will officially launch at Real’s annual RISE conference, which will be held from Oct. 19 to 21 in Las Vegas. The division will host a networking event for members.
